Testimonials
“Through her storytelling Mrs Muscutt brought learning to life for my son. He struggled to engage with online learning over lockdown and found the traditional academic way of learning more challenging. However, he absolutely thrived when Mrs Muscutt used her storytelling characters to explain concepts and engage him in the learning process. He did struggle with his attention in some traditional classes but again, when listening to Mrs Muscutt’s storytelling, he was transfixed.
I couldn’t recommend Mrs Muscutt enough. Her enthusiasm, care, fun and professionalism is second to none!”

I think back to Mrs Muscutt's storytelling with such fond memories! The giggles my daughter and I had will remain in my mind forever. She delivered with such passion and humour, which in the testing time of lockdown was very much appreciated.
Mrs Muscutt put a smile on our faces on a daily basis with the most amazing accents and costumes! The one good thing that came out of lockdown was definately Mrs Muscutt and her wonderful storytelling.

" I can see why my little boy and all the other children looked forward to story time with you. Your delivery was brilliant, rich with character and accents and just so engaging. Such a bright and sunny storyteller!"

It is always lovely to hear an old favourite and Annie brings this one to life with her wonderful characterisations and voices. The writing is of course brilliant but when it is delivered with such skill, it makes it more accessible to younger children and will encourage them to explore the story while developing their own reading skills.

" The stories chosen were age appropriate and were retold using imaginative language to build clear pictures of the settings and characters in the children's imaginations. The children and adults thoroughly enjoyed listening to the stories shared.
Thank you very much for coming into school and enhancing our World Book Day Celebrations."

"You have a lovely captivating voice and are easy to listen to. Loved the Theseus and the Minotaur story-your version was suitably detailed and very engaging. Accents were good fun and worked well with the characterisation. Students loved this!"
Louise Britton- Lead English at Lacon Childe School
"You turned a wordless picture book into an amazing story and brought it to life!"
Clee Hill Primary School-World Book Day 2024
"Stories are such an important part of growing up. They help children develop their imaginations, vocabulary, communication skills and they are so enjoyable at the same time. The children really enjoyed Annie’s visit to Cleobury Mortimer Primary as her story telling brought the stories to life for the children. Thank you for your visit."
